Aufheim is situated in Southern Germany in the Land of Bavaria. The village with its approx. 1,400 inhabitants is part of the City of Senden / Iller. It is about 10 km south of the twin cities of Ulm / Neu-Ulm. The sister city of Aufheim is Uffholtz in France.
